What is an Agentic CRM?
You've probably heard the word agentic lately. Here's the plain version: agentic describes a system that acts on its own, self-directing toward a goal without needing step-by-step instructions. It is the difference between a chatbot you have to prompt for every little thing and an agent that just gets the job done.
Most software, including every CRM you have ever used, is passive. It waits for you. It stores what you type and shows it back. You are the one doing the work: logging the calls, updating the deals, sending the follow-ups. It is a place to store things, and you do all the work of filling it.
An Agentic CRM flips that. You set the goal, book more of the right leads, keep records current, follow up until they reply, and the AI figures out the steps and does them. It answers the phone, replies to messages, schedules the appointment, and updates the record, on its own.
Here is the part that matters: agentic does not mean out of control. A good Agentic CRM shows its work and brings each move to you to approve before anything goes out. You set the direction and give the final yes, the agents handle the busywork. That is exactly what Cadrey is: an Agentic CRM.
